I wrestle with sharing positive feedback but my brand advisers gently move me towards a recognition that laying out one’s wares, gently and sparingly, is just part of being in business.

And, as some of my key clients know, I’ve been trying to adopt a principle of “carefree but not careless” in how I approach running my business and developing new clients.

It would seem to be self-defeating not to mention successes but my shyness, and that in itself is a surprise to some, will always find this uncomfortable.

So here goes…

In the last week or so my coaching has received the following comments, all unprompted and one of them from someone I worked with more than eighteen months ago.

Firstly this from a really impressive and extremely successful corporate partner in an international law firm:

I am delighted with our first few sessions; this is really exceeding my expectations. Thank you.
— Partner, current coachee

Secondly I received this feedback rather out of the blue but very welcome nevertheless. Based elsewhere in Europe, this player worked with me over a two year period finishing around eighteen months ago:

... I quoted you today (not for the first time). Someone needed help and the best thing I could do was share a mix of ideas which emanated from our work together ...The sessions with you are still a resource for me and help me solve many situations for the better.”
— COO, former coachee

The third piece of feedback came in the middle of a highly fascinating and productive session with this business leader as we grappled with various challenges and personal interference. We’d just experienced quite a breakthrough for her:

Our coaching sessions are without a doubt the highlight of my month.
— Business leader, 2024 coachee

Would you like to join the ranks of people who have benefitted from my coaching practice?

I'm always interested in hearing from successful people who are aspiring to the next level of success.

My best regards

Tony
