Chelsham is owned and run by Tony Jackson who personally leads most of our assignments, introducing specialists from a carefully selected network when needed. Tony is a qualified, highly-experienced executive coach and consultant.
Chelsham was born as a coaching, facilitation and consulting business in 2013 and now specialises exclusively in executive coaching, supervision and inclusion assignments. These are our passions.
Much of Tony’s pre-Chelsham career was in the professional services and legal worlds. For over 20 years Tony has coached professionals in these and many other sectors, and at all levels from aspiring leader to chief executive/managing partner.
Everyone in the Chelsham network brings deep experience. For example, Tony delivered growth to a pan-European business, set up and led an internal HR consulting team at PwC, was UK HR director for a major consulting/technology business, operated as a culture change consultant at a prestigious law firm and then became HR leader for the ground-breaking and admired charity Macmillan Cancer Support. More recently Tony acted as global HRD for another international business.
Alongside this successful HR/business career, Tony developed his coaching practice over a period of 20+ years, qualified as a professional coach in 2005 and now as a coaching supervisor in 2022.
Everyone involved in delivering Chelsham assignments is experienced and qualified to at least the same extent, in similar or complementary disciplines.
